Current Memberships include Napa County Chiropractic Association, California Chiropractic Association, Business Networking International and the American Arthritis Society.  As a Senior Consultant and Trainer for Future Industrial Technologies, he has trained many employees, including Sutter Home Winery, Kendall Jackson Winery, United Air Lines, Wells Fargo Bank and Kaiser Hospital staff on the specifics of Back Injury Prevention and Sitting safety. 

Dr. Yates’ wife of 29 years,Talia, is his Office Manager and biggest fan.  They have 2 feline children, MoMo and Dax, and their cats' pet fish and frog.  Dr. Yates loves to golf, work in his yard and garden and read by his Asian courtyard fountain.
